TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AIR EUROPA FLIGHT TICKET GIVEAWAY:
• The prize includes two round-trip tickets (winner + guest) with Air Europa to a long-haul destination of choice.
• The winner must travel together with the guest (both outbound and return flights).
• The passenger is responsible for paying the airport tax at the time of booking.
• The winner can choose the travel dates up to June 11, 2027, except during the following blackout periods:

o The tickets will only be issued for flights operated by AIR EUROPA. Any flights operated by other companies are hereby excluded.
o The tickets will have confirmed seats and will be subject to availability when making the reservation. The dates requested by the beneficiary of the flight will not entail any obligation by THE COMPANY and may be modified in the event of the cancellation of AIR EUROPA flights or programmes.
o All tickets should be reserved and issued at least one week prior to the departure date.
o None of the bookings will earn SUMA miles.
o This does not include any type of insurance.
o The tickets are personal and non-transferable, and once they are issued may not be exchanged for any other type of consideration in cash or in kind.
o In accordance with article 3.3 of Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on passenger assistance, compensation will not be applicable to passengers travelling free of charge in the event of delay or cancellation of flights, as well as any envisaged for denied boarding or change of class in the event of overbooking.
o Tickets will not be transferred or assigned for any type of commercial transactions.
